I was going to mark this as a "funny business", but in the end using the economic recession to your advantage is no laughing matter. Recession Junction sells humorous items making light of the economic downturn. Among the products on sale are t-shirts ("My government gave out $700 billion and all I got was this lousy t-shirt"), coffee mugs and beer glasses, and the inevitable bumper stickers ("My other car is my house"). You can even purchase a bottle of possum sauce, used to season all varieties of roadkill (ingredients include tomatoes, salt, vinegar, corn syrup, molasses, mustard seed, desperation and despair).
The prices of these gag gifts are appropriately low, ranging from $3.95 to $13.95. Recession Junction was created by a group of friends from the States and their good natured sense of fun shows when browsing through their products. A good way get (or give) a laugh about these tough economic times.
